Michael Raven has produced several patents in various tech fields, including the medical technology space. Through relationships and personal experience he recognized a need for augmented home healthcare and remote patient monitoring and initiated this project.
Donald G. Esse CFO
has decades of experience in financial risk management. He earned an MBA in Management and a BA in Accounting from San Francisco State University. Donald is an expert in managing financial risk. He is the Senior Operations Financial Analyst for SamTrans, a public transit agency in serving San Mateo County, California. He has been working at SamTrans since 1998. Before his current position, he was the Senior Accountant/Financial Analyst for Scitex Digital Video, Inc., the Accounting Manager/Project Manager at Mock Resources, Inc., and the Supervising Gas Accountant, at Pacific Gas and Electric Company (PG&E) where he verified and authorized payment of the natural gas purchased and transported by PG&E, approximately $2.5 billion per year. He held other positions at PG&E including testifying as an expert witness for PG&E in three cases before the California Public Utilities Commission, he also worked on energy and financial forecasting, and was a Supervisor in the Accounts Payable department.
Daniel Velenzuela
Daniel served as Phoenix City Councilmember and Vice Mayor of his hometown for more than six years. During this time, he chaired the city’s Downtown, Aviation, Economy & Innovation Subcommittee, the job creation arm of the city council. He successfully helped to refocus the City’s economic development strategy on the leading industries of Healthcare, Information Technology, Transportation, Advanced Manufacturing and Entrepreneurship.

Lisa Tze-Polo, BSN, RN Lisa practices as an acute care medical-surgical oncology nurse, with experience that spans for 20 years in the hospital setting. She is passionate about nursing research and has been a Co-Investigator for multiple nursing research studies for a large healthcare organization since 2004. Current member of the Oncology Nursing Society, Health Information and Management Systems Society, and member of the Association California Nurse Leaders. Conference Podium and Poster presentations include: Sigma Theta Tau, Western Institute of Nursing, and Association of California Nurse Leaders.

Project Adviser on Virology:
Samantha Castrejón completed her Master of Public Health in Epidemiology at San Diego State University in 2018. Her areas of interest include virology and sexually transmitted infections. She completed a one year internship at the County of San Diego HIV, STD, & Hepatitis Branch, where she was involved in analytics and data summarization. Before that, she completed her Bachelor of Science in Public Health from California State University, Long Beach.
